The New York Times had a story about the demographic make up of Tea Party backers today.
The 18 percent of Americans who identify themselves as Tea Party supporters tend to be Republican, white, male, married and older than 45.This was perhaps a response to the Daily News' recent article on Teabonics. "What is Teabonics?" you ask. Well, I would describe it as a mix between the urgency of needing to pee real bad and the blind rage of a drunken Kennedy brother...yeah.
My aunt and uncle are actually tea party-goers... :(
